Kia Regal has gotten away from making sure the customer is satisfied. I'm really not pleased with the service I received. I had to walk in 90 degree weather to pick up my car. Upon arrival there was NO ONE in service not even the manger, nor was anyone in the offices. I don't know what has happened or what is going on. But I'm going to think deeply before getting any more service done there. Genesis body language told me she doesn't want to be bothered. The customer service at kia regal is awful. And to be offered a free tank of gas was an insult. So offering me a free tank of gas was supposed to make me feel happy about how I was treated? This department needs a make over. More

The dealership is more of a service center as they have very few new cars on the lot while the used car lot is full. Overall service here is pretty good, the techs are smart and quick to diagnose issues, t very few new cars on the lot while the used car lot is full.
