Edit to my original 5 star review… Sai and Craig did a great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle, but my experience has been going down hill… Apparently there were delays with the paperwo great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle, but my experience has been going down hill… Apparently there were delays with the paperwork and sending me the title which was not communicated to me. It took me a whole week and about 12 different phones calls to finally get ahold of the financing manager that helped me, only to find out that they did not have the title to the car I purchased. I asked for them to send me a copy of the extended warranty paperwork because I never received that either, they sent this to the wrong address. A address that I have never been associated with and should not have been on my file. I am not impressed with the follow up work on my purchase and will continue to adjust my review accordingly. More

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. While I waited, Sai took time out of his schedule and explained things to car. I went in with an appointment with another sales person who was busy. Sai would check in with the other sales person, for me, to see how long it would be till he got to me. Finally, Sai was my sales person and did an even better job showing me the vehicle and all the minute things with the vehicle I wanted. He is an exceptional salesman!!! The dealership was great. I met the owner twice and he even remembered me from the first time. Finance was great. He check to see the rate he could get me and it was lower the. The others I had received. Parker, the BMW Genius, was awesome. He help setup the controls in my vehicle and went over every button and dial with me. Overall, this place is exceptional!! I will be back if and when I need another vehicle!! Thank you for making things so easy and memorable!!! More

Nijaz and Sai were both awesome to work with. The only problem I had was waiting 4 hours from the time of purchase to drive away.
