He was i years. BMW xx. Louis had the car we wanted. Jeff was my contact, and this young man will be rated in my top 5 individuals I have dealt with. He was in constant contact with us for the purchase. Exactly what I like. We had a 6-hour drive for the car, and this dealership had us set up to make our 6-hour return home in 90 minutes after arrival. Jeff and the finance staff had everything set up for a speedy purchase. This is your BMW dealership for the entire Midwest. One of the most comfortable purchases we've ever made. We even met the owner of the dealership, which we really enjoyed. Love this place. Great job! More

I'd definitely work with AJ again. More

I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X5 50e, and I had a great experience working with Kyle Simmons. He was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and focused on making sure all of my questions were answered. What I experience working with Kyle Simmons. He was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and focused on making sure all of my questions were answered. What I appreciated most was his transparent and honest approach. When we went over the details of the plug-in hybrid technology, he made sure to double-check everything with his team so that I had the most accurate information. He was patient throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The entire transaction was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. If you want an stress-free car buying experience with someone who truly works hard to take care of you, I highly recommend asking for Kyle Simmons! More

Worst experience. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. The dealership promised to fix multiple things on a vehicle before I bought it. In the long run they refused to pay a sin PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. The dealership promised to fix multiple things on a vehicle before I bought it. In the long run they refused to pay a single penny for the repairs they promised to do. Over a month later of them holding the vehicle they finally agreed to do the work for $200. After picking my vehicle up I noticed that they did fix the few things wrong, but they also broke a bunch of things in the vehicle and left it in terrible shape. My side panels were all off of the walls, my turbo gauge is loose, they broke a hole in my shift knob. Please do not get any work done or shop here, you will regret it. More

We purchased our second BMW X3 from Wendy on 1/30/2026. She went an extra mile to clear our slightest doubt in our mind to fit the car in our garage and drove it all the way to our home to confirm that even before we made a decision. Always felt a personal touch in this pursuit and an exceptional client experience which converted a prospect to happy and satisfied client. Not to forget their Owner stopping by couple of times to check on us, their finance Director Armin handling the numbers and explaining all the deal nuances with care. And the great finishing touch by GENIUS (I think his real name was Allan) for setting the App and explaining us all the features. Overall a very happy and satisfying experience while we left the dealership after spending almost 4 hours there. I would certainly recommend her and the dealership to my friends and families looking out for new cars. Thanks again Wendy and BMW of West STL team 🙏 More
