Has to be the slowest service ever. Should not take 3 hours to get an oil change and the people who work there didn't give a xxxx. A lovely showroom with plenty of seating, and delicious snacks. Everyone is just so nice and friendly. It's so nice to have a wonderful place to sit while I'm waiting for my cars oil change. Unfortunately they fired Trevor right before I was to pick up my car. The manager was very rude to me about the pending sale which led me to change my mind and not buy from Lokey.
