Did not deal with Shane Phillips. The transaction was very slow considering we paid cash, almost 4 hours. We were told the car was being detailed while we were waiting but the window The transaction was very slow considering we paid cash, almost 4 hours. We were told the car was being detailed while we were waiting but the window wasn't even washed. It was on empty the 3 times we took it first a test drive and then were told it couldn't be filled because the gas card was full. We asked for the broken tail light to be fixed and just received a message today that it was just ordered. We had a much better experience at Reno Lithia Jeep where we bought our last 2 cars. There was no budging at all on the negotiation! The car has 55k mileage. We don't have the extra key or the key to the camper, and we were not given the owners manual. More
