Ryen was very helpful, but wasn’t sure on how their glass and body people worked. By the time we were done, I had a different person try to help me with glass repair or replacement and the body work. Joe Machens sold me on the extended warranties for both mechanical and exterior, but they know very little about the exterior warranty. It’s been a month and I still haven’t heard back from them on the windshield repair/replacement. They did a good job fixing the mechanical issues on my front end. They did not find fault with my windshield wiper pump because it was working when they tried it, but I’ve tried it several times since then and it is not work. It is very frustrating to spend more $6,000 in extended warranties and the dealer ship who sold them to me acts like they don’t know how to execute them. More
