Recent oil change Rycine was very helpful on my last visit. He greeted me at my vehicle and greeted me by name. Christmas tree dashboard relief I have had good experiences with previous visits with the service department at Toyota of Cool Springs. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive I have had good experiences with previous visits with the service department at Toyota of Cool Springs. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive to speak to a random Service Advisor because my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, but the Service Advisor Rycine "Ray" Ellison quickly made me feel that he was genuinely there to help by discussing options and understanding my predicament. Steer clear of this guy. I interacted with him once and found him to be rude and argumentative. Will not deal with him again.
