After having great experience with this dealership in the past, I recently reached out to Tina Bilokin again.... This time its not for myself,,, My daughter was about to execute her own auto lease... one past, I recently reached out to Tina Bilokin again.... This time its not for myself,,, My daughter was about to execute her own auto lease... one not done for her by me, her father. Some people would say, why not let her learn on her own..why travel 2 hours to get to this dealer again... I'll explain why,,..because my daughter has heard me rehash how no Volvo dealer equals this one in customer service...certain not any nearer to us on Long Island... That said, I reached out to Tina and explained what my daughter had in mind,,, within hours Ryan Wasik of her team called back with their suggestion... the exact car my daughter wanted,,with far more in options and accessories then my daughter requested at a far far lesser price than any advertised price locally. I have come to realize that what makes this dealership so unique is the manner that Tina and her co-manager Lindsey Mastroianni operate their facility and probably more importantly, how they treat their customers. I have come to realize that they look to build relationships with people, so they come back... not look to make a bigger profit once but never see the customer again..In the long run, under their philosophy , both the dealership and the customers gain... It's great that their owner has confidence in their style of management... Ryan put this together so well that there was absolutely no stress or question and all my daughter had to do was show up and sign. All else was already put in place by Tina. That said, in most dealerships, people cringe with the idea of having to sit across from the dealership's finance person..They are afraid of being treated like a guppy being attacked by a paranha... attempting to sell them extra items or coverages they may not need... That was one of my concerns had my daughter even considered going elsewhere...this dealership does not operate that way,,, Their finance guy , Jake, made this process entirely stress free.. There was absolutely no pressure for my daughter to take on anything she did not want.... All said, these people treated my daughter, and myself, like old friends. I could not think of any aspect of this lease purchase that could in any way be improved upon... For anyone considering a Volvo purchase or lease, I would go see these people,,,You could not ask for a better, stress-free experience, both for youself and your wallet. More
