I am writing this review on behalf of a friend that I sent to this dealership, as she does not do this online stuff....She is not a car enthusiast like I am but she knows what she likes. Like most people sent to this dealership, as she does not do this online stuff....She is not a car enthusiast like I am but she knows what she likes. Like most people, she does not like unneeded stress in her life, nor confrontation. I knew from my own experiences at this dealership, that Tina Bilokin, one of the co-managers and Ryan Wasik, a sales team member strive to alleviate all of that and make the transaction stress-free. Without that personal experience myself I could not do what I have done in the past of recommend friends and family make the trip there,,,, Getting a new car should be an enjoyable experience but at many dealerships the negotiation process is an agrivation. In my experience and others I have sent there, certainly not at this place,,,,It is obvious that Tina works hard to eliminate all that discomfort. My friend is elated with the deal she got, and the car itself, more options/ upgrades then she expected at a far lesser price then she anticipated, a far better deal then anything she expected to find closer to her home in New York... Kudos to Tina and Ryan for the manner in which they conduct themselves. ..If only more transactions in life could go so smoothly and stress-free. More

My wife and I recently bought a certified pre-owned XC90 from Prestige. Overall a wonderful experience. We worked with Ryan Wasik - he was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and not pus from Prestige. Overall a wonderful experience. We worked with Ryan Wasik - he was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and not pushy. Made the process a breeze and actually enjoyable! They got us all set up with financing on site as well. Pickup was also a breeze - the paperwork and pickup process only took about a half hour and they made sure to give us a tech to make sure we got a tutorial about all of the tech features of the vehicle. Wish all of our car buying experiences could be this good. More

As I have done several times over the years, last week I drove 2 hours+ from Long Island to this dealership.... People might say,,," why would you ever do that when there are plenty of closer Volvo dealers drove 2 hours+ from Long Island to this dealership.... People might say,,," why would you ever do that when there are plenty of closer Volvo dealers to you then that one".? Why,,,because I have learned that nobody,,, nobody,,,,has treated me in the last number of years the way I have been treated at this dealership. Tina Bilokin , one of the sales manager, treats her customers like the showroom is her living room and those of us that deal with Tina look at it like we were just interacting with a gracious hostess. This time was alittle different however. This started by an email from Volvo Cars, the factory, disguised as if coming from Tina at the dealership. Its quite a way from when my lease would be up, and I guess they were startinmg early. Attached to the email was a proposal for a new one of same model, with minimal changes and upgrades. The monthly payment had the normal reasonable increase, but the cash required upfront was like nothing I had ever seen, like what one might expect for a Bentley,,no exaggeration, literally, It made me wonder if I could still afford the car. However it said to contact Tina directly with any questions. I did and she said to relax, disregard that quote that I sent her, that she had always taken care of me and would give me her own quote in the morning. The next morning she did,,monthy payment , again was as expected,,,amount down was a fraction of the factory offer,,,even less then I had ever paid,,Although I was not in a rush to do this early, I felt that since she was doing this, I was compelled to do it early...The car was ready for pickup in a few days and when I got there I was truly treated like their friend Tina, as stated, was super gracious,,, Ryan Wasik, the salesman that handled the rest of the transaction could not have been more of a gentleman, Pat, the Finance and Insurance guy that handled all the lease paperwork was a super guy to deal with,,I had asked about an add-on that I had in the prior lease and he stated that was in the lease as a gift from he and Tina, already included, and Wayne, the guy that tutors on features was very patient with me,,,The biggest thing is, people talk about credibility and transparency,,,, everything I was told over the phone,,was exactly what was written up when I got there,,no added fees, not one item more,,, nobody treats their customers like this,,nobody else that is,,that explains why I travel that far to get there More

I've been very pleased with Prestige Volvo since the purchase of my V60 CC two years ago. My salesman, Ryan Wasik was very knowledgeable about Volvos, was fair in negotiation, and it was an overall gre purchase of my V60 CC two years ago.
