Toyota of Kent provided a truly seamless leasing experience for me. I called to schedule an appointment and they had me in that same day. Andria reached out to me and provided me all the details I needed and even gave me options for different colors and all-weather floor matts. I upgraded my 2022 Tacoma for the 2025 I and have been very happy with the truck. They let me switch all my belongings over inside the shop and even stayed an extra hour over to help make sure I was all set. Danielle was very pleasant and made sure any questions I had were answered. (Coffee was amazing btw). Matt went over every one of the lease details with me and assured me that I was informed and happy with my decision. He didn’t try to pressure me into any extra warranties but did take the time to go over them and the benefits they would provide.
