Appointment wasn’t honored. I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistakes along with not honoring the online appointment. I switched to Chris nickel. It’s cheaper and they tell me I have different parts than what you tried to charge me for. More

Very poor communication from everyone. I’ve had to call several times trying to reach someone to find out what was taking so long and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I left several I’ve had to call several times trying to reach someone to find out what was taking so long and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I left several messages and even tried reaching out to general managers leaving them messages as well and still no call backs. Took a month just to get a rear main seal replaced and after they were finished they left the bottom of the truck and parts covered in oil. They had my keys and paperwork misplaced claiming they didn’t know what my key went to so they just put my stuff at the bottom of other work orders. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever come back for any sort of service. More
