Ryan is the General Manager of the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian dealership and offers our clients more than 21 years of auto sales and management experience. Ryan was born in Richmond, Va and after a few years in Virginia Beach, returned to Midlothian where he has lived since 1988. He is a James River High School and University of Richmond graduate. Ryan has always lived, worked and supported the local Richmond/Midlothian community. He has a passion for cars and enjoys working with people. Ryan’s interests are spending time with his wife, daughter and son. He enjoys attending their soccer games and joins his kids for Tae Kwon Do twice a week. He also enjoys fast cars, movies, and travelling with friends and family.

I was made to wait 4 1/2 hours at the dealership for a service B, without explanation. When I asked what took so long, the associate told me that the dealership was processing new inventory, which seemin service B, without explanation. I wanted to trade in my GLA for a GLC and contacted the team through email at first and after a slow start, I received great service from Will and GM Ryan! They really listened to me and what I was experiencing and what i needed and found a way to help me get the perfect vehicle for the right price! I really appreciate how they took the time to help me get a beautiful vehicle!!! Will called me on his day off from the golf course to make sure this deal got done and GM Ryan took such great care of me and my husband when we got to the dealership. I can't forget John B, from the finance team who after he helped us with our paperwork, took the time to help us set up our apple car play, all our radio and electronic settings and went over a lot of my options and how they work. This team was wonderful and so kind and I appreciate all they did for us.
