The experience was good except for dealing with Ryan the closer. We were given an offer on our trade-in one day and the next day it was substantially lower “because the book changed”. He also refused to hol closer. We were given an offer on our trade-in one day and the next day it was substantially lower “because the book changed”. He also refused to hold the car until the next day with a $5,000 deposit on our credit card until we could come back with a check. So he had a salesman drive to our house at night to pick up a check. Great place. They treat you like family. I got to meet one of the managers, Wes. He was a very good-looking man and dressed in LuluLemon from head to toe so I was They treat you like family. He was a very good-looking man and dressed in LuluLemon from head to toe so I was worried he may be cocky, which he had every right to be, but he was surprisingly down to earth and very relatable. We had a great time talking about his giant property and all of his horses. I definitely recommend going here. More

Everything went fairly smooth. I am still waiting for a radio to be replaced that didn't work when I purchased the vehicle. Car salesman, David was highly inappropriate. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We will never come back. Seems like the closing strategy is to be mean to people and make them feel bad for you at the same time.
