Where do we start? We were approached about trading in our 2022 K5 By Ryan Dukes with three payments left on the lease when I brought my car in for service. We thought We were approached about trading in our 2022 K5 By Ryan Dukes with three payments left on the lease when I brought my car in for service. We thought Ryan did a good job of communicating the prices and the fees and the term of the new 2025 K5 with “THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME!” Until we got to the dealership to do the deal on January 18th. Finance was a disaster! The terms were wrong, The down payment was wrong, as well as tried to sell us one unnecessary product after another! To top it off After driving away with the car late Saturday night, we received a call on Thursday (5DAYS LATER!)from finance that we never submitted a copy of the Proof of insurance Saturday night, which I did. So payment was never sent to pay off the 2022 trade. After going back-and-forth, finance stated that proof of insurance was a stipulation for the loan which it was not listed anywhere on the sheet. They admitted that. Then finance said the 2022 was not paid off because they didn’t receive our Three recent paystubs which were sent prior to the DEAL GOING THROUGH!! We have been harassed by Kia finance Co. for the payment of the 2022 Kia, which I have documentation stated that I did not need to pay, up to 17 calls a day since JANUARY 20th. Not to mention the 2025 Kia that they just sold us is financed through the same company. Kia finance stated that they have zero communication with their dealerships. Here we are 24 days later and payment has still not been received for the 2022 trade-in or lease turn in whatever it’s called. Kia Coral Springs dealership has stopped answering Texts and returning phone calls. We had to contact an attorney for our options. Overall, I feel that Coral Springs Kia only cared about the sale and their FIVE STAR SURVEY! We can keep you posted on the outcome. As a returning customer we will never do it again. And Andrew in finance acted as if he did us a favor… More

I really like Kia Coral springs. Staff is really nice. I just don't like the fact that when I was doing a little bit of shopping online I was reached out to immediately and basically Staff is really nice. I just don't like the fact that when I was doing a little bit of shopping online I was reached out to immediately and basically was lied to because they told me that they would be able to beat anything that Nissan was offering me because I explained to them that I was shopping around. I also didn't like the fact that when they were showing me the arrangements for the loan the APR was at 12.8% but then when I looked at the paperwork it was at 14.2%. That is not being transparent which is something that kept being brought up. I'm not going to lie I have a bit of buyers remorse just because I know that Nissan would have definitely offered me a better deal since I was already with them. And even though they said that there was no pressure I felt real pressured that day I mean at the end of the day my family did need a bigger vehicle and that's something that I couldn't pass up but I just know that I would have had a better deal with Nissan. Especially cuz I am basically on a budget right now and with this car I'm paying $200 more than what I was paying before which is understandable it is a bigger car but at the same time since I was already with Nissan a lot of those fees would have been waived and things would have been different for me. I am happy with the vehicle and I'm somewhat happy with the services that are being provided but I really couldn't add any of the services to my vehicle simply because now I have to pay an $844 bill for the vehicle. I wanted to add at least the basic service package but unfortunately I could only add the gap insurance. And I also know it has a lot to do with my credit but like I said I feel like Nissan would have definitely worked a little bit better with me More
