When you purchase a car, you get great service. But after the sales, well i wish you Good Luck. Wasted 5 hours for my first oil change, and today another 4 hours to have my car detailed when in rea But after the sales, well i wish you Good Luck. Wasted 5 hours for my first oil change, and today another 4 hours to have my car detailed when in reality it was a 20 minutes quick wash/outside only. My Soul looked better when I got to Kia and I do a better job washing it and waxing it myself. Today was terrible, my car wasn't detailed, lies, false.promises, totally disrespected, insulted my intelligence. I will have ut detailed and send photos so they can learn what detailed mean. More
