It's been absolutely horrendous. Ive gotten no answers, i have a new car with a list of issues that are supposed to be covered under warranty. Came in to check out a used car and Tom T was great, I thought buying used versus new I might be treated differently, not the case. There was an issue with a leak in a tire a few days into ownership, I called Tom and they handled everyone wonderfully, when I needed to wait a day for the tire and valve stem he got me a car and Stephanie with the team in service got it all wrapped up quicker then I expected!
