I Dropped my truck off at 6:30am and left the keys in the overnight drop box for a 7:30 am appointment. I then called at 4:30pm to check the status and was send to voicemail and no call back. 7:30am the foll overnight drop box for a 7:30 am appointment. I then called at 4:30pm to check the status and was send to voicemail and no call back. 7:30am the following day I was able to get in touch with an employee that told me my truck hadn’t been looked at and they didn’t know it was in the parking lot. All this after waiting over a month for an appointment. The employee told me they would keep me updated, however I never heard back. I called again around 5pm that day and they informed me that the truck can be picked up but the parking brake actuator had to be ordered and will take a week to arrive at the shop. This is an extremely common problem with the electric parking brakes on HD trucks and the dealer should have inventory. Very unsatisfied with the organization and performance the service department. I came in for oil change and tire rotation appointment was at 10 i went to counter at 11 because my husband received a video with no audio i as if i needed to do anything from video?
