I have always had a good experience at Sierra Toyota, except the other day when we came in for our our oil change, sat there for two hours only to find that our car never got serviced. We were able to co except the other day when we came in for our our oil change, sat there for two hours only to find that our car never got serviced. We were able to come in and got it done in 45 minutes two days later. As we live 45 minutes from town, and I had to take time off from work to come in, the first visit was a real inconvenience. More
