He gave us a very fair price for our trade-in. His friendly, honest and knowledgeable character was a pleasure to work with and we left with a feeling that we had received the kind of service that is so hard to find in today's world. Rav 4 New Car Purchase We had been looking for several weeks for a used car for our daughter at ASU. I saw several cars and late one day after work I stopped to look and out We had been looking for several weeks for a used car for our daughter at ASU. I saw several cars and late one day after work I stopped to look and out came Ryn. Ryn did not"bug" us with emails, nor phone messages. A couple of weeks later I saw the Sierra Toyota add with the factory and dealer discounts. I met with Ryn and saw that Elsie had added a little bit more for the discount. I called my wife to ask her what color she liked and put a deposit on the 2018 Rav 4. Our daughter came down that weekend and Sierra Toyota gave us a fair trade for her car. We did not even need to test drive it. Crazy. Ryn is knowledgeable about his product and has a great sense of sales personality. We would buy another car from him and Sierra Toyota without hesitation. This was a very easy purchase for us. Thanks to Ryn and the Sierra Toyota group. The salesman we had dealt with on our last two vehicles no longer works at the dealership, and some friends recommended Ry'n based on their experience with him. We followed their advice and had an excellent experience with Ry'n. We have NO TIME for pressure sales people, and we have never encountered any with Sierra Toyota. Ry'n was definitely not a pressure salesman. We told him what we wanted and we were able to get it at a price we wanted to pay. He assured us if we ever had any questions or wanted any help with our new vehicle to be certain to contact him. We will definitely plan to buy another car from Ry'n.
