I’ve never purchased a car online before and was terrified that I was going to make a mistake and end up with a vehicle that was unreliable at best and a lemon at worst. But Yoko was with me every s terrified that I was going to make a mistake and end up with a vehicle that was unreliable at best and a lemon at worst. But Yoko was with me every step of the way and made sure I had no questions or concerns, following up with me long after the sale was finalized. She stayed in contact with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and sent me a very nice thank you card - I felt like I was working with a family friend rather than a sales person and it made all the difference in the world! Highly recommend!! More
