Horrible experience, first the wrong parts were replaced, engine wire harness was not secured and in danger of rubbing against the pulleys. They resolved the issue and now my skid plate is missing with strip engine wire harness was not secured and in danger of rubbing against the pulleys. They resolved the issue and now my skid plate is missing with stripped threads in the frame, and the oil level sensor was not plugged in. Also the trans fluid was not topped off after line replacement, and the left front ball joint but was not completely tight. More

The service advisor was friendly answered my questions and the service was timely. They even addressed my recall. However I have a rattle in the truck which is only a year old. The technician apparently and the service was timely. They even addressed my recall. However I have a rattle in the truck which is only a year old. The technician apparently couldn't hear it. Upon leaving I hear it non stop..I've now taken videos and plan to revisit. My issue is that previously prior to the tailgate recall other technicians at this location offered to go for a ride to see if it could be reproduced. For something like this I don't think I should have had to ask and in fact within minutes of leaving I've reproduced the sound and now I'll have to schedule another visit. I also called and left a voicemail to see if I could bring the car back. I never received a call back. It's a 85k truck I guess I expect a little more from a investigative point of view. More

Service is good but they were unable to fix my issue with Bluetooth and intranet problems. Apparently this has been a frequent issue recently. Very disappointed.
