I very much appreciated the offer of a loaner car that day as my mom had just gone to the emergency room and my father does not drive so I needed to transport him. Our Mazda CX-90 ran into a known mild-hybrid issue. Werner was great through this process. Though the part was on back order, they lent us a new vehicle which we ended up having for almost two months. Werner was great through this process. Though the part was on back order, they lent us a new vehicle which we ended up having for almost two months. When we got our car back it was returned to us nicely detailed and with a full tank.
