Have been buying/leasing/servicing BMW's for over 20 years and DCH/Lithia has always made for an easy transaction. This one was more complicated than previous and Mike Youssef made it look easy and Dori years and DCH/Lithia has always made for an easy transaction. From the moment we met Mark we felt very welcomed at freehold BMW. He was kind and patient taking the time to go over any questions we had.
