I made an appointment for warranty work on my steering wheel. Some buttons work intermittently. Upon arrival I was told they could not look at or fix my steering wheel and I would have to make another one wheel. Some buttons work intermittently. My jeep sat for 2 days before looking at it on the 3rd day. In total, it took 5 days to repair due to short staff. This was a engine wiring harness, They also charged MSRP for the part ($3200).
