My experience is not with the personnel, they are good people, and I have no issues with anyone there, my issue is with service. I have a Wrangler and Compass, neither have available parts. My Wrangler has been there since August 2024, still pending in January 2025. My Compass recently received the part after waiting for over three months. Question, how can a dealership sell cars or warranties, if parts are not available to maintain your warranted purchase? More

I have two Jeeps (Compass and Wrangler) which have been taken for service. The Compass was returned still missing part, it's been on order now for over four months. The other has been in service now for three months and the ABS part is still not available. At this point, if you make a purchase, the dealer has no parts for repairing your warranted vehicle. You'll be in a non-jeep rental while making your monthly payment. More
