I received my first call from Ruben when I was ready to look for a new vehicle after 12 years of driving 2012 Accura MDX. Little did I know that he is the number 1 sales rep in the shop at such a young age of 22 years. Ruben took time to walk me through all options and allowing me to choose what I want and dropping what I don't want. No pressure. Like a friend, but with a touch of mutual respect and goodwill. In the end, he helped me to craft a deal which will make me and my family happy with this most sought after hybrid mini-van with the best of the best technology and safety features. Ruben is one who never leaves his customer once they place their trust in him and is always there to hold their hands and walk with them. His patience is practically unlimited. Best dealership experience I’ve had! I’ll start by saying my credit isn’t the best, so I’ve been judged in the past at dealerships, or at least felt judged. Not here though!
