Ruben is extremely kind and interested in doing a good job. He did a great job of tolerating my questions. However I often had to dig to get an answer that made sense to me or to get an answer. Often the first response is, “I will ask my manager.” Then no follow up. For instance, “Can you remove the crossbars beams of the luggage rack?” I had to ask multiple times. Finally, I asked for the special tool so I could remove them myself. Apparently the tools were in the glove box the whole time. My expectation is that company reps will be experts in the products and services they sell. Ruben is not yet an expert BUT his kindness sold me. More
