What brought me to the dealership that day was to receive service on my 2024 Venza and an appt wth Lena. When I pulled into the service bay, there were several employees available but no one acknowledged me service on my 2024 Venza and an appt wth Lena. When I pulled into the service bay, there were several employees available but no one acknowledged me not even with a greeting or even eye contact. After a few minutes somebody came over to me from a different area. He told I was in the wrong side and he moved my car to the left service bay. When I walked up to the desk of an employee I was finally greeted. She took my info, suggested I wait in waiting area and help myself to a beverage. The sales department greeted me with a smile when I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. I had an appointment with Lena, and they immediately let her know I was there. She was with a customer, and she came over to me to let me know. She introduced me to Ruben and said he would be helping me. Ruben did a fantastic job. Ruben also greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I appreciate the welcome! More
