I've worked with this dealership twice once very recently and once many years ago. This dealership has been exceptionally enjoyable to work with, professional and things got done relatively quickly. The sales people general are very willing to hear what it is you're looking for and not try to push you into something different but to look at as many options as possible to help you get what you're looking for. The sales people and others have also been very welcoming and helpful and supportive and whatever way they could be. I have enjoyed working with everyone but I have interacted with at Gladstone Toyota. Our primary salesperson, Dusty, was (and has continued to be post-sale) amazing. Noah was involved in the sale in the early phases and was very personable helpful with the purchase of his car as well that she even called after we completed the sale through Dusty to check in on us and apologize for not being able to be with us on the day of the purchase. I had started with Dusty I went particular day and when I had decided to come look at a car he was not available that day as he was out on the evening, however Noah was able to help us and did a great job and continuing the process. I needed a night to think about it and had decided the next day that there was a different car that I would like to look at which I was able to do the day following that. No I was unfortunately not available on that particular morning however Dusty was and it was very happy to work with his him again as are in this One Direction had been extremely considerate coming informative and enjoyable as well. I felt badly for the confusion in the back and forth, however was extremely impressed with how the two work together and how well they were cared for by both of them throughout the process. The sales manager was extremely patience and helpful with getting the paperwork filled out and help navigate some confusing points along the way. The gentleman writing up for contract was extremely Pleasant to work with, friendly and we had nice time sharing stories , talking about cars and kids Etc . It made the time pass quickly and he was extremely efficient and has on the road is sooner than anticipated. I would like like to thank everyone that was involved in that sale. I knew which car I wanted but live several hours away in Washington. Noah was very responsive and helpful in working through the purchase details. Had a very good car buying experience at Toyota of Gladstone. Noah Stanley took the time to provide a very good “tour” of the cute and sporty RAV4 XSE and I decided that this was the car for me. Unfortunately they didn’t have any currently available and thought it would take several weeks to acquire one. Sad. Got a call from Noah the NEXT DAY saying they found one and we purchased it the following day! Noah was excellent in communicating with us and giving us prompt updates along the way.
