This is my third lease with Klaben of Kent and just like the first time, my whole experience was one of great satisfaction. My salesman, Roscoe Woodberry, was very knowledgeable of the product and very com the first time, my whole experience was one of great satisfaction. I am not one to write reviews for car dealers, as I have a general lack of trust with the whole profession. That being said I have to give this review because I had a buying experience like no other. I boug a general lack of trust with the whole profession. That being said I have to give this review because I had a buying experience like no other. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST from Klaben and have to say it was the most stress free purchase I have ever made. I worked with two salesman Doug Carter and Roscoe Woodberry II and cant say enough about these two guys. I also worked with the finance dept in order to obtain a loan. The whole place is set up around customer service and they will treat you right. No pressure, upfront and straight forward, and will give you the best price around. Go see these guys and tell them Robert who bought the ST sent you. More
