BEST Dealership EVER!!! I have to start off with saying that I don't have the best credit and I needed to get into a car ASAP, after my previous car had been totaled : ( I was very fortunate to have the B that I don't have the best credit and I needed to get into a car ASAP, after my previous car had been totaled : ( I was very fortunate to have the BEST SALESPERSON, Roscoe Woodberry, helping me!!! I explained my situation to him and what I could work with. Never did he say that it was going to be hard to get a car, on the contrary, he was always very positive. My situation is very hard and he explained to me how Ford works; they work with their own banks to help you (unlike other banks) work your way up. While Roscoe worked so diligently, I contacted the previous dealership I had bought my car from, to get a 2nd opinion. Long story short, they only had 2 options for me; 2 options that would not benefit me in re-establishing my credit. This past weekend, we took a drive to Kent (from Cleveland) to try and purchase a used car, but of course, Roscoe had something better for us. We were able to finance a used, pre-certified, 2011 Ford Fusion. Roscoe did not want us to purchase a used car; he wanted us to be safe (in terms of guarantee) with a pre-certified vehicle. Finally, I was able to purchase a car without a co-signer all thanks to Klaben Ford & Roscoe Woodberry!!! I would also like to say that everyone there was very friendly. Thank God they had a play area that kept my girls entertained, very helpful! Overall, BEST experience EVER!!!! More

In October 2012 I acquired a Lincoln MKX at Klayben, selected after a very bad service experience at another dealer. My Executive Assistant needed a replacement for her 2006 Chrysler 300 see owned. She researched the Ford/Lincoln product line and selected a Ford Taurus LTD-AWD. My business operates in the Snow Belt - I advised her only to consider AWD for safety concerns. After my own very positive experience at Klayben with Matt Hryb in 2012 Klayben in Kent was a natural selection.Many times these days a salesman makes a pitch and then the Service department either makes or breaks the important "return purchase". Matt and Klayben together ensured our visit there. We viewed a very nicely equipped Taurus Ltd-AWD and then looked at Lincoln MKZ and MKS models. An MKS-AWD was selected and test driven with Matt Hryb and Roscoe Woodberry - an excellent demo , especially on the complicated voice command system. Onto the negotiation. I presented a very sharp pencil outline of my expected "deal" with very specific parameters. The selected car had more options than required and my parameters of the deal were intently listened to. The offer made met my expectations extremely closely so it obviously gave all parties what was needed. Paperwork was expedited smoothly and quickly and then onto vehicle orientation, again expertly carried out. It was her Birthday Week so we left Klayben with her new very well received and appreciated MKS. More

We were looking for a Pre Owned car since my previous car broke down. My mother and I could NOT agree on a car what-so-ever... On top of that a big storm was coming. We dealt with a very knowledgable Salesman named Roscoe.. He was very patient with the constant bickering of us and the fact that it started down pouring. Through all of that, he still showed us quite a few different models and was satisfied with the service, just couldn't get my mom to agree on one. He gave us a business card and in the near future I believe we will be purchasing from Klaben Ford. More
