I’m originally from Cleveland and have been providing customers in the northeast Ohio area with superior customer service since 2007. I have a wife, two sons, and a beautiful daughter who keep me happy and busy. I am an energetic, fun-loving, free spirit. I attribute my positive attitude to my love for my job! “When you love what you do, you never have to work again!” I started at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store then moved to the Ford Lincoln store. I can help you with all the brands we offer. When I’m not busy taking care of my customers or playing catch with my kids, I am rooting for my favorite Cleveland sports teams! 330-673-3139 ext 313

I am not one to write reviews for car dealers, as I have a general lack of trust with the whole profession. That being said I have to give this review because I had a buying experience like no other. I boug a general lack of trust with the whole profession. That being said I have to give this review because I had a buying experience like no other. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST from Klaben and have to say it was the most stress free purchase I have ever made. I worked with two salesman Doug Carter and Roscoe Woodberry II and cant say enough about these two guys. I also worked with the finance dept in order to obtain a loan. The whole place is set up around customer service and they will treat you right. No pressure, upfront and straight forward, and will give you the best price around. Go see these guys and tell them Robert who bought the ST sent you. More
