Waited about 4 hours for an oil change. Was told they weren’t able to change it, yet at the end I got charged and was told it was changed after all and the light was not reset. Rosa Alvarado was very professional and courteous when I dropped off my vehicle. Explained all services that had been done to my vehicle at check out. She was very knowledgeable.
