Even after you pay them thousands. I know, the same thing happened to me. The manager Ronnie and Richard have the worst attitudes and WON’T even apologize. Good luck getting this service advisor, Jeremy to call you back. He has no clue what is going on there. Don’t even bother asking for a loaner. Apparently, they don’t have any. This experience with MB Nola is enough for me to never buy a Mercedes again. PS- Don’t waste your time with calling corporate, they don’t do a thing. Hope this helps the next person to never go through what I went through with this dealership. More

Mercedes Benz of New Orleans have been the worst experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships.
