Went in as a first time VW buyer. Worked with Ian. He was an absolute delight to work with. He showed me the exact car I wanted and let me test drive. He was not pushy at all which I loved for me. I was very hesitant and he let me have the time I needed to think my decision through. Went back a second time and even still answered all my questions without being extremely pushy about trying to sell the car was going to purchase the car that day but simply ran out of time and he was in regular contact with me until I was able to go in and purchase my first VW. I love my car and I enjoyed working with Ian. 10/10 More
