I bought a pre-owned certified 2022 Tiguan in 11/2024. My diagnostic codes are P0491 secondary air injection system failure, not a cylinder failure (P030X). This is an emissions system issue and should be federally covered. Denial of coverage violates federal emissions law. This dealership is practicing fraudulent repair estimate, warranty denial, deceptive trade practices consumer fraud, and false representation. Do your due diligence when picking a dealership. More
