After an extensive search looking for a particularly optioned out Ford Mustang, I came across one at BMW of Catonsville. Upon inquiring, I was promptly called by Ron Ventura. I live outside of Pittsburg optioned out Ford Mustang, I came across one at BMW of Catonsville. Upon inquiring, I was promptly called by Ron Ventura. I live outside of Pittsburgh, PA and I explained to him my situation of being an out of state customer, a tricky trade-in scenario, and an even trickier financing deal. Ron graciously and professionally took on this complex set of circumstances. He gave me every piece of information I needed to make the correct decisions on this car. From first inquiry on Monday morning all the way to arring at the dealership on Saturday morning (~250 miles away from me), I had a clear understanding of what to expect. Ron was able to work out a great deal for the Mustang of my dreams. And given all the hurdles that I had set up for him, is truly the work of a magician! Speaking of magic, that's where Mark Sonn comes in. I come to the dealership to pickup the car, fully thinking the deal is done. I had a Capital One approval good for only so much money. That was seemingly my only option, leaving me no room for an type of warranty on the used car I was purchasing. Mark with his finance magic, was able to work out a deal with another bank that same day, and get me a much better interest rate than Capital One, affording me the room for a very nice extended warranty. I am absolutely 100% happy with my purchase, and the work that Ron and Mark put in for me. I also want to add something else. Ron really helped me out, talking about some more personal things going on in my life. Completely unrelated to the deal, he was more than willing to listen, and offer some of his own life experience. If I had not purchased a vehicle, I would still be writing this review. I even shared some details with Mark about it, and he was equally caring. I hugged both of these gentlemen before I left to drive my Mustang back to Pittsburgh. Thank you Ron for everything you did for me. And thank you Mark for everything you did for me too. More

Ron called me routinely and frequently to keep me advised on BMWs progress, I could not have asked for better communication. I took delivery of the car today and I couldn’t be happier With the vehicle and the actual delivery process. This is my first time purchasing a BMW. I have purchased different vehicles over the last 15 years, however, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. I initially was purchasing the M2 and all the paperwork was ready for me to pick up the M2. I walked in to the showroom and I saw the M3. I asked if I can upgrade to the M3 despite all the paperwork being ready for me to pick up the M2. Ronald immediately looked at me and said I will do what I can to help you to get the car that you want to make you happy. Shortly within a few minutes Ronald and the finance manager start the process for me to take the M3. Ronald is very friendly, personable, professional, and a very dedicated sales representative. He is a very strong asset to BMW. I highly recommend Ronald for anyone who wants to purchase a BMW. I actually drove four hours to pick up the car despite a BMW dealership 10 minutes away. More
