Paid $1250. 00 to fix starting issue. They didn't fix it. Then they tried to say it was bad gas , which I have another shop's document that says clean system, no 00 to fix starting issue. Then they wanted 2 to 3k more to work on with no promises on it being fixed. Worst dealership experience in my 70 years . And I was in the automotive business for 31 years. Stay away from the Cape Coral Chrysler, Dodge,jeep and Ram. More

Had a very bad experience with this Dealerships Service Department. Took car in for Recalls, should have been a 6-7 hour job, it took over a week to get it done. It went in with no water leaks, then they c Department. Took car in for Recalls, should have been a 6-7 hour job, it took over a week to get it done. It went in with no water leaks, then they claimed the water pump which was only 4 months old was leaking after they put timing chain and gears in it. Blaimed it on the after market pump. They wanted over $1000 to a water pump in it. I didn't let them put it on and to my amazement they got the leak fixed! They did their 27 point vehicle check and said everything was fine, fluids,brakes,tires,etc,. When I went to leave, power steering didn't work-no fluid in it,but the DEF fluid was full. Kinda hard to use DEF fluid in a gas engine! BEWARE of this Dealership! More
