Long and short of it is that Ron did a great job at introducing me to the Volvo brand and quickly putting me in a CX40 to test drive….I loved the car! I am excited to be the proud owner of a CX40! I was trading in my current auto and I felt that the negotiating process was very seamless and straightforward and best of all FAIR! I truly felt that Ron was looking out for my best interest and was a trustworthy salesperson. I never felt any sort of pressure throughout the process! He went above and beyond to make me (and my sister who was there for moral support) feel comfortable and in making sure to answer all my questions.
