Ridiculously expensive. Because of the built in diagnostics, they were able to diagnose the needed repair but then charged me a small fortune to get my car back. 1:1 interaction was always good. However, once I left the dealership, it was very difficult and frustrating trying to communicate with them. Vehicle was there longer than I expected However, once I left the dealership, it was very difficult and frustrating trying to communicate with them. Vehicle was there longer than I expected (better communication would have helped remedy that). No car wash once service was completed, which is done at the GMC dealership I take my other vehicle to. Also, the pavement as you enter is all broken up - should not be that way at all Cadillac dealership. More
