I sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours before I found out from the service rep that the car had just been sitting, and the oil change hadn't even been started yet. I've used this location for oil changes for 12 years and this is the first time something like this has happened. Perhaps it's because my usual service rep was off that day and another person took his place. More
