Professional and Courteous I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevent I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevents me from using there service department but I recently needed to go in for a minor recall from the manufacturer and I was extremely satisfied with the service department and they also have a very comfortable waiting area large multi room with complementary coffee tea water & snacks very nice. Shouldn't call it service I brought my jeep in for a recall and they among other things forced the steering wheel in and it was crooked. Several phone calls later and still no response from Nielsen.- More
