The clerk was pleasant and he told me the wait could be longer than usual. I appreciate his honesty and he informed me that he would send my vehicle back but if it was going to actually take 3 hours like h longer than usual. I appreciate his honesty and he informed me that he would send my vehicle back but if it was going to actually take 3 hours like he said he would let me choose whether or not to stay or go. The whole service visit was a little over an hour and that was great, because I came in early before it was actually my appointment time. More

The advisor was very friendly and helpful, and explained what work was being done. The only complaint I have on my service is that they didn’t check and top off the tire air pressure. It’s been a little low now that we’re in the colder months, and I hadn’t bothered with doing it myself because I assumed they checked all of that while in for an oil change. More
