Contacted Roger Rathbun by email and we did the whole deal by phone/email ( I live out of state). Roger even got me a great interest rate to make it all happen. The next day I was picking up my new Chevy truck, the only time I had to actually go there in person. Jack Olson showed us our new truck, went through all the new features and how everything works with us, got our OnStar set up and our phones paired up with our new Chevy and off we went. A great experience all the way around! More

Easiest Lease End Transaction Ever! The lease on my 2016 Tahoe was coming up, and I was debating a less expensive lease (although my first choice was always another Tahoe). I worked with Roger (I believe he is the sales manager), and he and I went back and forth about a Tahoe, possible colors or another vehicle all together. There were many phone calls and emails (as I live an hour from the Northwest Hills dealership where I got my 2016 Tahoe), and Roger gave me a lot of time, info and patience. In the end, I traded in my 2016 for a 2019 Tahoe. I love this car and the ease of working with this dealership! We had to bring our 4 year old with us and Northwest Hills did so much work before we got there, just so we could get in and out as quickly as possible. The man who did the terms and finances was quick and great at his explanations. After that, Sam in sales helped us wrap up the sale and get into the new car. It was so seamless and more efficient than any other dealer I’ve dealt with. I’ll be back in 39 months, at the end of this lease, for my next Tahoe. More

Sam spent many hours with me, driving and discussing different vehicles. He gave me the time and space I needed to make my decision. Sam and Roger listened to my wants and needs and found the exact vehicle I wanted, with the options I was looking for, and most importantly worked with me on the price. Darren in finance was great also. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork and monthly payment. I would recommend northwest dealership to any one buying a vehicle.
