I got a screw in my tire at the worse possible time (Friday Afternoon) . . . late !! I was in a slight "panic" as to where I might need to take it (the next day) to get the needed repair. I called N (Friday Afternoon) . . . late !! I was in a slight "panic" as to where I might need to take it (the next day) to get the needed repair. I called Naples Mazda and "was thrilled" to find out the Service Department was open on Saturday !! Frank Zabala told me to bring it in . . . (and when I arrived) the Service Manager (Roger Hess) said they could fix it "right away" !! I was in and out within 45 minutes with a freshly patched tire; and, "was very happy and relieved" to be safely back on the road (with a solid tire) !! "Thanks for the great service", Naples Mazda !! Greatly appreciate it !! More

Everyone in the service department was super helpful and informative! They helped me break down my contract and additional warranties on top of just helping me with what I needed that day. informative!
