My experience with Naples Mazda has been underwhelming from the time of my first service with my vehicle. The service department is always slow and could never get in touch with anyone without calling 10- from the time of my first service with my vehicle. The service department is always slow and could never get in touch with anyone without calling 10-15 times before I could finally talk with someone to get answers on what the status was on my vehicle. When I came in to do my buyout my experience started out great with Lena, and she was fantastic start to finish, but all changed when a supposed manager by the name of Dustin came out to talk with my wife and I about a required safety check for a fee. I simply stated I was not paying for this because it’s not part of the buyout cost. He promptly got aggressive and visibly upset by the fact I did not want to pay for something which was not in the upfront buyout cost of the car. My wife asked him to produce a company policy stating why this fee was necessary but refused to do so and told us to leave and go somewhere else to do the buyout. This is totally unacceptable to act this way towards a customer and especially my wife. This is the worst experience I have every had in any car dealership in my life. I felt very disrespected and will never purchase another vehicle from any dealership under the Mogan group name. If I could give a zero star rating I would. More

I have scheduled an oil change twice, both appointments were first thing in the morning, and I waited for my vehicle. It took two hours for a simple oil change. They lied on one of two estimates. One claiming to need brakes. After I said that the car had <5k miles and was purchased from them, they suggested they would service it for me. I brought it to them for repair and, like magic, the next report said the brakes were great and needed nothing. The tires were also bald. They said they would repair them and later changed their mind. They sold me a car with unsafe tires. I paid for the pre certification ($$$$) and service agreement. The only reasonable person in the entire enterprise was Mrs. Alves, who was wonderful in every way. She was proficient, professional and polite. I have only nice things to say about her. Also, the sales manager gave me a time to come in for service and claimed he would make the service department aware. He didn’t. Instead, I had to explain myself all morning and try to justify why I was there. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and getting anattorney. More
