Roger has been a part of the Acura of Glendale team for more than 25 years. His first assignment was parts driver and then was moved up to the parts counter. From there, he moved to Service Dispatch and now you'll see him on our Service Drive assisting clients as Service Advisor. He still enjoys working on cars - American Hot Rods and muscle cars are his favorite. In Rogers' free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and friends. Great service all around from Glendale Acura! They agreed to a price on a car I wanted that another dealer wouldn’t budge with, and they even fixed the driver seat with no hesitation. Albert the salesman was very helpful, and made sure the sale went through smoothly. Everyone there was very helpful, from the manager to the guy helping us with the financing. Made a weekday appointment with Roger to service my 2017 MDX. Was first in and thanks to Roger’s help was able to get out and to work timely. As a first-time luxury vehicle owner, I expected nothing but the best treatment. Being unfamiliar with how Acura worked I asked a few questions and let Roger guide me. My first time here was in October 2021 but the best treatment. Being unfamiliar with how Acura worked I asked a few questions and let Roger guide me. My first time here was in October 2021 when there were a few items wrong with the CPO vehicle I purchased. Thankfully everything was still under the factory warranty and Roger was able to clarify everything for me and assist me even in obtaining a loaner vehicle. - My most recent time was 2.26.2021 when I needed 4 new tires as the ones it came with were beyond bad. This aside, again, Roger made things simple and easy for me. At the same time after my RO had been written, I remembered another issue with the vehicle and it was the rear tailgate switch that acts up on wet or cold temperatures. After a short time, Roger was able to confirm the failure and had great news for me that the part was in stock. This was superb! I knew I failed to mention this at the time of appointment set up so I was ready to wait at the dearlership. With a book in hand, time went by as fast as it was. Soon I was out of the dealership with my new tires (I paid for these) and my warranty item. Acura of Glenda,e has a great staff member! More

I've been going to ACURA of Glendale (CA) ever since I've purchased my 2019 ACURA RDX Tech, Pkg. back in April of 2019. Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glend purchased my 2019 ACURA RDX Tech, Pkg. back in April of 2019. Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glendale dealership is much closer, so I went to the Glendale location for services. John Ladouceur and his crew (Brad, Manny, Roger) have taken great care of me since last April. Even though the Apply CarPlay issue has been a headache to deal with to this day, they understand my frustration and have been very respectful and courteous in every way. I have serviced my vehicle only at this location since the purchase because they have been nothing but the best and I am completely satisfied with the quality of service I have received, and that says a lot about the leadership of John and his crew. Trust your ACURA (or HONDA) at this dealership and you won't be disappointed. More
