He also let me test drive the car overnight, which was the best business decision ever. It gave me a chance to fall in love with the car to the point that I didn't want to give it back. I could have gotten the same model car with virtually the same mileage for several thousand less at another dealership, but they gave me the run around, and I was HAPPY to pay extra for Roel and DLR's amazing customer service and policies.
