Personally, I don't like salespeople who talk too much and do less for the customer. Rodrigo Rojas, besides talking less, has excellent communication skills and does a lot to get you the best price. Rodrigo is the best seller ever he has sold me five cars already and never fails me. I think he should be the CEO of this place. He has a lot of clients and he is smart at what he does. We had a very pleasant experience at the Lancaster Toyota dealership. Rodrigo Rojas approached us as soon as we walked in. Although, we were reluctant to deal with any salesman, Rodrigo was very pleasant and dealership. Rodrigo Rojas approached us as soon as we walked in. Although, we were reluctant to deal with any salesman, Rodrigo was very pleasant and never pushy. He only accompanied us on our walk through the lot and answered every single one of our questions very truthfully, until we were ready to make a decision. He made sure we had a smooth purchasing experience, and made sure all our needs were met. I recommend anyone who’s debating whether or not to purchase a vehicle to ask for Rodrigo when they arrive.
