Friendly service. I liked being able to use the shuttle while auto butler was being done. They did an oil change and tire rotation. Honda of Kenosha did a great job on my service, once they finally got it into the shop. They had my vehicle for three days for a 4-5 hour service. Rodney was extremely honest and helpful! Good service, my truck works better after that the job was done, except that the mechanic left a towel with a strong smell of gasoline on the back part of the truck, other than that great job. The only currency a Service Advisor has is Honesty (or at least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager at Honda of Kenosha (and several Honda dealerships to the South!) termed a “wallet flush.” Thankfully he is no longer there and I trust this place again. I have been three times in the last year and each time they prove their commitment to giving great customer service, which includes a fair price. Thank you Rodney and Honda of Kenosha. More
